Q: When I call, why do I have to give you my billing address?
Are you going to send me mail?

A: No, We will never use your address or sell or rent it to anyone else.
Your privacy is very important to us! The credit card authorization
process requires that we verify your address as protection against
credit card fraud. So it's actually to your benefit, because it helps keep
other people from using your credit card.

Q: Do you accept prepays? If so where do I send it?

A: Yes we do! Currently we accept pre-payment through check by phone or by money order. Be sure to contact the operator you are interested prior to paying with this method!

Another option is that you can mail in a postalmoney order or certified check for the amount of time you want (minimum $19.90). Send it to

A: Not at all! As we stated your privacy is important to us! Your statement will show the name K&K Productions

Q: I received my statement and there are multiple charges even though I only did one call. Why is that?

A: Our online authorization process only allows us a maximum $45.00 authorization. If your call is billed for more than that the charges will show as $45.00 increments and another for the balance of the call.
